I can't find my video!
A: Please check your email, including your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your video, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it.
How will I receive my video?
A: Your Video will be sent by E-mail with HD Quality, please make sure to keep an eye on your Spam folder as well.
Is it only for Birthdays?
A: No, we can make videos for every occasion such as Graduations, Promotions, Mother's Day, Father's Day, you name it!
Are these men getting paid well?

How long is a video?
A: One video is roughly 40-60 seconds long.
